Tata Steel agrees move to Meadowhall Business Park
Tata Steel is to relocate one of its support operations from offices at Moorgate, Rotherham to Unit MBP2 at Meadowhall Business Park this summer.
Tata Steel has acquired 12,000 sq ft at ARBA Group’s recently refurbished multi-million pound business park to accommodate approximately 60 staff from its core business support and specialist environmental testing functions. Fit out works has now started.
This letting means just 7,500 sq ft of open plan office accommodation remains at the five-block business park, which is now home to more than 13 companies, employing more than 500 staff.

Externally there is both car parking for 20 vehicles and bicycle spaces available plus plans for a container cafe are underway. The park has superb public transport links with tram rail and bus connections in the immediate vicinity.
